Teachers First Foundation’s executive training focuses on providing administrators, teachers and educators with a deep understanding of their personal characteristics, nature and temperament. In this training, individuals are encouraged to understand both their inner world and the social environment in which they interact. Participants learn to better understand themselves and the temperaments of the individuals with whom they interact, taking into account environmental factors beyond temperament – family, social background, etc. – by comprehensively addressing their physical, emotional, social and intellectual aspects, the new socialised self of the individual, cultural practices and how these practices are reflected in the interactions of teachers, students and parents, revisiting their past educational experiences in support of their efforts to respond to the needs of the current era and history, and integrating what they have learned and putting it into practice.

The main objective of the training is to develop the leadership skills of the managers in the whole of the above scope and to train them as leaders who can make effective changes in their fields. In this process, participants are expected to be aware of cultural and environmental factors, understand the current educational paradigm and develop innovative and transformative approaches in the field of education. The programme aims to create a lasting and positive impact in the field of education by guiding participants to transform their knowledge and experience into strategic and practical applications.
