Toplant\u0131ya okul idaresi, proje ekibi ve 3. s\u0131n\u0131f velileri kat\u0131l\u0131m g\u00f6sterdi.<br>Dijital okuryazarl\u0131k, UNESCO\u2019nun 2023 K\u00fcresel E\u011fitim Hedefleri\u2019nde vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere, 21. y\u00fczy\u0131l becerilerinin temel bile\u015fenlerinden biridir (UNESCO, 2023). T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, 8-12 ya\u015f grubundaki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n %67\u2019sinin sosyal medya kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ancak yaln\u0131zca %28\u2019inin siber g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemlerini bildi\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r (T\u00dc\u0130K, 2024). Bu veriler, projenin odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenli internet kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve dijital etik e\u011fitimlerinin aciliyetini desteklemektedir. A\u00e7\u0131k Okulla\u015fma (Open Schooling) modeli, Avrupa Komisyonu\u2019nun 2022 raporunda okul-toplum i\u015f birli\u011fini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini demokratikle\u015ftiren bir yakla\u015f\u0131m olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r (EC, 2022). Avrupa Okul A\u011f\u0131 (European Schoolnet) taraf\u0131ndan 2021\u2019de yap\u0131lan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, dijital vatanda\u015fl\u0131k e\u011fitimi alan \u00f6\u011frencilerin %40 daha az siber zorbal\u0131k vakas\u0131na kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir (EUN, 2021). Uzun vadeli hedef olarak toplumsal dijital fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131rarak, OECD\u2019nin 2025 Dijital D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Raporu\u2019nda belirtilen &#8220;dijital u\u00e7urum&#8221;un azalt\u0131lmas\u0131na katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r (OECD, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Proje kapsam\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki faaliyetler planlanmaktad\u0131r: E\u011fitim programlar\u0131, dijital etik ve g\u00fcvenlik mod\u00fclleri Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilen &#8220;Dijital Vatanda\u015fl\u0131k \u00c7er\u00e7evesi&#8221; ile uyumlu olarak tasarlanacakt\u0131r (MIT Media Lab, 2020). At\u00f6lye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, T\u00dcB\u0130TAK\u2019\u0131n 2024\u2019te yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 &#8220;Dijital Okuryazarl\u0131k E\u011fitim K\u0131lavuzu&#8221; temel al\u0131narak \u00f6\u011frencilere y\u00f6nelik interaktif sim\u00fclasyonlar \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenecektir. Veli kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, UNICEF\u2019in &#8220;Dijital Ebeveynlik Rehberi&#8221;nden yararlan\u0131larak ayl\u0131k webinar serileri ile desteklenecek ve b\u00f6ylece velilerin de proje s\u00fcrecine aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r (UNICEF, 2023).<br>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lardan al\u0131nan geri bildirimler do\u011frultusunda proje takvimine, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki okullar\u0131n %35\u2019inin eksik oldu\u011fu belirlenen &#8220;yapay zeka okuryazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8221; mod\u00fcl\u00fc eklenecektir (MEB, 2024). \u0130lerleyen a\u015famalarda, proje \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ICSE Science Factory taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen uluslararas\u0131 bir kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"650\" src=\"https:\/\/onceogretmenvakfi.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/digi.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2765\" style=\"width:479px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onceogretmenvakfi.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/digi.jpg 975w, https:\/\/onceogretmenvakfi.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/digi-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/onceogretmenvakfi.org.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/digi-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Bu proje, hem Open Schooling modelinin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki ilk somut \u00f6rneklerinden biri olmas\u0131 hem de dijital vatanda\u015fl\u0131k e\u011fitimini okul-toplum i\u015f birli\u011fiyle yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan stratejik \u00f6neme sahiptir.
