\u00d6\u011fretmen Vakf\u0131 ve Maya Okullar\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle hayata ge\u00e7irilen, ICSE Factory taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen A\u00e7\u0131k Okul Projesi’nin “Uygulama A\u015famas\u0131” kapsam\u0131nda, \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi ve at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi konular\u0131na odaklanan “Pet Journey” projesi bu hafta \u00f6nemli bir etkinli\u011fe imza att\u0131. Projenin uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda, \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz ve \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimiz projenin hedeflerine ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in gerekli aktiviteleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmektedir. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla \u00e7evresel sorunlara y\u00f6nelik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirilip uygulamaya konulmaktad\u0131r. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin problem \u00e7\u00f6zme, tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve proje y\u00f6netimi becerilerini geli\u015ftirmesinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evresel fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bu hafta ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00f6nemli aktivite kapsam\u0131nda, projemize \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm orta\u011f\u0131 olarak davet etti\u011fimiz ve bu ba\u011flamda destekledi\u011fimiz Javsu su \u015fi\u015feleme tesislerine bir ziyaret d\u00fczenlendi. Ziyaret s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz, da\u011f kaynak sular\u0131n\u0131n yolculu\u011funu ve bu sular\u0131n nas\u0131l temiz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yerinde g\u00f6zlemleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 buldular. Ayr\u0131ca PET \u015fi\u015felerin \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 da izleme \u015fans\u0131 elde ettiler. Etkinli\u011fin devam\u0131nda \u00f6\u011frencilerimiz, “Bu \u015fi\u015felerin oyuncaklara d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015febilece\u011fini biliyor muydunuz?” yaz\u0131l\u0131 etiketler yap\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 PET \u015fi\u015felere, bu \u015fi\u015feleri geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm istasyonlar\u0131na davet eden mesajlar yazd\u0131lar. Bu aktivite, projenin uygulama a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak, \u00f6\u011frencilerin \u00e7evresel sorunlara pratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirmede aktif olarak kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Javsu’ya destekleri ve bu de\u011ferli deneyim i\u00e7in te\u015fekk\u00fcr ederiz. Bu ziyaret, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin Pet Journey Projesi’nin uygulama a\u015famas\u0131nda edindikleri bilgileri peki\u015ftirmelerini ve \u00e7evresel s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe do\u011fru somut ad\u0131mlar atmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. \u00d6\u011fretmen Vakf\u0131 ve Maya Okullar\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen bu proje, \u00f6\u011frencilerimizin \u00e7evresel sorunlara kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131 ve bilin\u00e7li bireyler olarak yeti\u015fmelerine katk\u0131da bulunmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.

In a significant step towards environmental sustainability, the Teacher Foundation, in collaboration with Maya Schools, has spearheaded the “Pet Journey” project under the ICSE Factory’s Open Schooling initiative. This project, focusing on combating environmental pollution and enhancing waste management practices, entered its “Execution Phase: Project Implementation” this week, marking a pivotal moment in its progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During this phase, students and teachers engage in activities essential for achieving the project’s objectives. With students actively participating, innovative solutions to environmental challenges are being developed and executed. This process not only fosters students’ skills in problem-solving, teamwork, and project management but also heightens their awareness of environmental issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A highlight of this week’s activities was the visit to the Javsu water bottling facilities, a solution partner invited to support the project. During this excursion, students had the firsthand experience of observing the journey of mountain spring water and understanding how this vital resource is preserved. Furthermore, they witnessed the initial stages of PET bottle production, gaining valuable insights into the manufacturing process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuing with the day’s activities, students took a hands-on approach by affixing labels to PET bottles. These labels carried the message, “Did you know these bottles can turn into toys?” and included invitations for the bottles to be taken to recycling stations. This initiative, integral to the project’s implementation phase, enabled students to actively contribute to developing practical solutions for environmental issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We extend our gratitude to Javsu for their support and for providing this enriching experience. This visit has not only reinforced the knowledge acquired during the execution phase of the Pet Journey Project but also allowed students to take tangible steps towards environmental sustainability. This collaboration between the Teacher Foundation and Maya Schools through the Pet Journey project aims to nurture environmentally conscious and responsible individuals, contributing significantly to our collective efforts to protect the planet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
