Bu ortakl\u0131klar, \u00f6\u011frencileri e\u011fitim, i\u015fyeri ve di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frenme ortamlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek hayattan problem \u00e7\u00f6zme durumlar\u0131na dahil ederek hayat boyu \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreklili\u011fine katk\u0131da bulunur ve \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda bilim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ve kariyerlerine olan ilgiyi art\u0131r\u0131r.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fs.hacettepe.edu.tr\/hstem\/resimler\/ICSE%20Factory\/1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:589px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Projemizin merkezinde t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flar i\u00e7in bilim e\u011fitimini geli\u015ftirme hedefi yer almaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin; a\u00e7\u0131k okulla\u015fma faaliyetlerimiz e\u011fitim konseptimizin \u00f6nemli bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Bu etkinliklerle yerel topluluklarda \u00f6\u011fretmenler, \u00f6\u011frenciler, bilim insanlar\u0131, ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, yenilik\u00e7iler ve i\u015fletmelerdeki profesyoneller aras\u0131nda yeni ortakl\u0131klar kuruyoruz. Bu ortakl\u0131klar, \u00f6\u011frencileri e\u011fitim, i\u015fyeri ve di\u011fer \u00f6\u011frenme ortamlar\u0131nda ger\u00e7ek hayattaki problem \u00e7\u00f6zme durumlar\u0131na dahil ederek ya\u015fam boyu \u00f6\u011frenme s\u00fcreklili\u011fine katk\u0131da bulunuyor ve \u00f6zellikle kad\u0131nlar aras\u0131nda bilim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ve kariyerlerine ilgi uyand\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A\u00e7\u0131k Okulla\u015fma (Open Schooling)&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Okullar a\u00e7mak ve onlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f ortaklarla bir araya getirmek, aileler, sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131, sekt\u00f6r temsilcileri, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve bilim insanlar\u0131yla e\u015fit \u015fartlarda birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak istiyoruz. Okullar, bu faaliyetleri, bilim konusunda bilgili i\u015fletmeler veya topluluk \u00fcyeleri de dahil olmak \u00fczere yerel ortakl\u0131klardan mentorlar\u0131n deste\u011fiyle y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye te\u015fvik edilmektedir. Bu mentorlar uzmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak \u00f6\u011fretmenlere, \u00f6\u011frencilere ve d\u0131\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara a\u00e7\u0131k okul projelerinde rehberlik ederler. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>E\u011flen ve \u00d6\u011fren Etkinlikleri (Lighthouse Activities)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>ICSE Bilim Fabrikas\u0131 Projesi, t\u00fcm vatanda\u015flara yerel d\u00fczeyde i\u015f birli\u011fine dayal\u0131 bilim \u00f6\u011frenme f\u0131rsatlar\u0131 sunmak i\u00e7in E\u011flen ve \u00d6\u011fren etkinliklerini kullanmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Bu faaliyetler bilimin ger\u00e7ek hayattaki zorluklarla ilgisini vurgulamakta ve hayat boyu \u00f6\u011frenmenin s\u00fcreklili\u011fine katk\u0131da bulunmaktad\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir E\u011flen ve \u00d6\u011fren etkinliklerinin temel unsurlar\u0131 \u015fu \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r:&nbsp;<strong>otantik ba\u011flamlar, disiplinleraras\u0131l\u0131k, aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\/\u00f6\u011frenci merkezli stratejiler ve i\u015fbirlikli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized is-style-default\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fs.hacettepe.edu.tr\/hstem\/resimler\/ICSE%20Factory\/2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:843px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Etkile\u015fimli Kariyer Konu\u015fmalar\u0131 (Interactive Career Talks)<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelece\u011fi \u015eekillendirmek: \u0130nteraktif Konu\u015fmalarla Ke\u015ffedin, Tart\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve Karar Verin! &nbsp;Bilim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ve bilim kariyerlerine olan ilgiyi art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kariyer konu\u015fmalar\u0131 d\u00fczenleyece\u011fiz. Etkinliklerimizde, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ve rol model olarak kad\u0131nlara odaklanarak, hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n aktif olarak i\u015f se\u00e7imine kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 bir a\u015famas\u0131nda olan her cinsiyetten gen\u00e7leri hedefliyoruz. Bilim ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131 ve farkl\u0131 kariyer a\u015famalar\u0131ndaki, farkl\u0131 ya\u015f ve cinsiyetteki farkl\u0131 i\u015fletme t\u00fcrlerinden temsilciler i\u015flerini tan\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. Rol model olarak mesleklerinin toplum ve topluluk i\u00e7in \u00f6nemini vurgulayacaklar, t\u00fcm faydalar\u0131 ve zorluklar\u0131yla birlikte mesleki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131nda bilgi verecekler ve toplumsal cinsiyet konular\u0131n\u0131 da ele alacaklard\u0131r. Daha sonra kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar (ele\u015ftirel) sorular sormaya ve konu\u015fmac\u0131larla tart\u0131\u015fmaya te\u015fvik edilecektir. Mesleklere ili\u015fkin kli\u015feler, cinsiyetle ilgili \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar ve bu mesleklerdeki kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerine yap\u0131lacak bir fikir al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi, kli\u015felerin fark edilmesi ve a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yerel Ortakl\u0131k Toplant\u0131lar\u0131 (Local partnership conventions): Fikirler aras\u0131nda k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurmak, yenilikleri payla\u015fmak&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunlar, yerel ortakl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmek ve de\u011fi\u015fim ve mentorlu\u011fu te\u015fvik etmek i\u00e7in yerel (tam ve ili\u015fkili) ortaklar ve belirlenen \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc taraflar i\u00e7in toplant\u0131lard\u0131r. Bu toplulu\u011fun \u00fcyelerini Y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim Kurumlar\u0131, Topluluk kurumlar\u0131, \u015eirketler ve okullar olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Bu toplant\u0131lar\u0131n konular\u0131: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan Zorluklar:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131n\u0131n etkili bir \u015fekilde yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engellerin ele al\u0131nmas\u0131. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. G\u00fcnl\u00fck Sorunlar:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u0130\u015fletmeler i\u00e7in i\u015fe al\u0131m zorluklar\u0131 veya ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 ileti\u015fim engelleri gibi yayg\u0131n zorluklar\u0131n incelenmesi. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Bilim ve Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada G\u00fcven Olu\u015fturma:&nbsp;<\/strong>\u00d6zellikle iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin ormanlar \u00fczerindeki etkisi gibi acil konularda halk\u0131n bilime ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma bulgular\u0131na olan g\u00fcvenini art\u0131rman\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmak. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sohbete Kat\u0131l\u0131n: Bu toplant\u0131lar\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olun ve bilim, ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve toplum i\u015fbirli\u011fi konular\u0131nda s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fen diyalo\u011fa katk\u0131da bulunun. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Yerel Fuarlar (Local Fairs): Bilimin Toplumsalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, Bilim&nbsp;ve Toplum Etkile\u015fimi<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yerel proje ortaklar\u0131 ve topluluklar aras\u0131nda al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi te\u015fvik etmek ve ortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 geni\u015fletmek i\u00e7in halka a\u00e7\u0131k y\u0131ll\u0131k fuarlar d\u00fczenleyece\u011fiz.
